Sites Wanted
Experience in Property. Expertise in Land.
Selling Your Land
We are always looking for sites that we can work with to increase the value of the land. In particular, we like to engage with landowners who will be interested in selling their whole site, or even part of the site, after we have secured planning permission. We do all the work and bear all the costs of getting planning permission so that there are no risks or costs involved for the landowner. This allows us to pay a higher value for the land which benefits the landowner too. Without the planning permission, the land would be worth significantly less.
We are interested in sites of all sizes, big or small. For example, we can work on sites such as:
- Large back gardens
- Corner plots or side plots
- Land in between properties
- Car wash sites
- Derelict buildings and houses
- Green belt land with existing structures
If you have a site and would like to release some capital, please feel free to contact us for an initial informal conversation on how we may be able to help you. Remember, we do all the work and there are NO COSTS for you.
Our Process
1. Assessment
We begin with a detailed assessment of your land to understand its development potential and identify ways to maximise its value. We consider the site's location, size, surroundings and potential uses. There are no upfront costs, no obligation and no commitment required from you.
2. Planning
If we identify a suitable opportunity, our experienced team will develop proposals that take account of local planning policies and the characteristics of your site. We manage the planning process and cover the associated costs for suitable projects, meaning you do not take on the financial risk.
3. Profit Sharing
Once planning permission has been secured, we work with our network of developers to sell the consented site. We engage with potential buyers throughout the planning process, helping create a smooth route to sale. The uplift in land value is then shared between Repton Green Properties and the landowner.
Types of Land We Require
Garden land
Unlock hidden potential in unused garden areas—perfect for small residential developments and planning opportunities within established neighbourhoods.
Infill plots
We identify and develop infill plots between existing properties, maximising space and value in built-up locations.
Corner plots
Corner plots offer unique development opportunities, often suitable for new homes or commercial units with strong visual appeal.
Barns
Transform redundant barns into valuable residential or commercial properties through expert planning and design strategies.
Farmland
We assess farmland for planning potential, converting underused agricultural areas into thriving residential or mixed-use developments.
Agricultural land
Our team secures planning permission on agricultural sites, turning idle fields into profitable development opportunities.
Brownfield sites
We revitalise previously developed or industrial land, unlocking value through strategic planning and sustainable redevelopment solutions.
Greenfield sites
We specialise in securing planning on untouched greenfield sites, helping landowners maximise long-term development potential responsibly.
